I strongly feel that the real answer to the proposed landfill by York 1 is for the MECP to just say no! This mega dump would be far too close to the town of Dresden and poses a real threat to the health and well-being of the people. It is also too close to the Sydenham River in an area well documented for flooding. Some very toxic materials will most certainly wind up in the river. This location is just plain not a fit for this industry! PLEASE, just say NO!
