A non-bias environmental assessment is crucial to determine if this will cause harm on the community and the wildlife. A scientific approach is important because the last thing you want is significant health implications over the long term which can have devastating effects on families and the ecosystem. I think any half decent human would agree if this was going to end up in their backyard, especially waste from other far away communities, would want this study to be completed.
