To Whom It May Concern,

It is extremely troubling to see the latest proposals for the PPS. Quite simply the loss of intensification targets, the loss of Greenfield intensification targets, the absurd changes to allow urban settlement boundary expansions at any time and for almost any reason, the encouragement of development and even subdivisions on rural lands, the use of private and communal septic/servicing as well as two additional residences on every farm will devastate and forever change our province for the negative - encouraging massive amounts of unsustainable and unaffordable urban sprawl while doing nothing to facilitate needed housing.

These changes will worsen our housing crisis and threaten the essential resources such as groundwater recharge areas, farmland, and greenspace that our communities depend on. All future generations will pay a tremendous price for this housing in the wrong places and at any cost - simply far too high of a cost as time will tell but by then it will be too late for yet another flip-flop by this government - the damage will have already been done and is irreversible - particularly once a development expectation has been granted.

Please keep our Ag System, our Natural Heritage System, the Growth Plan, Smart Growth, a focus on sustainability with intensification and density - creating the compact, walkable communities with housing choice and housing affordability in the places where people want to live.

Please reconsider all these dreadful changes to the PSS that benefit only well connected developers at such a tremendous cost to the greater public good and the more sustainable future we all need.

Thank you on behalf of all of our family and children that will have to survive the decades ahead as climate change, drought, and hunger ravage our planet.
