The RCR's are a great tool in harvesting coyotes. These regulatory changes are needed to make them more effective and less chance of coyotes getting out and carrying on with cable around their neck. The smaller loop size will stop pelt damage on the coyote fur and especially when catching an incidental fox in the harvest season.
I support the regulatory changes in the mentioned ERO for the Relaxing Cable Restraint.
