In regards to the proposed 4-35 story condominiums.
This is a very poor proposal for the area in Woodbridge, Ontario (Weston rd and Langstaff Ave).
In the current environment, traffic and congestion is quite high.
Langstaff is already capturing excess traffic from both Hwy 7 as well as Rutherford. In addition, its proximity to Hwy 400 has created a convenient road for large transport trucks which creates excessive traffic.
This along with an area that was built for family homes and limited traffic has no ability to support condominium development .
Local residents were under the impression that that such large development would be directed to Jane Street, where infrastructure is more conducive to development
I am a concerned long time local resident (along with many others) that strongly disappears of such a poor proposal. I will be active in disagreeing with this and certainly voting against any candidate that supports such a defective proposal.
