While Development is necessary, I object to rushing this development at Langstaff and Hwy 400 without a proper assessment of the needs of the community. Urgency for housing does not just reckless development. If this is an appropriate site for development, then a proper review should pass easily, there should be no need for an MZO. The area of Langstaff and Hwy 400 has no proper parkland, in addition it would eliminate land that should be used to create employment in the area. Vaughan should not just be a bedroom community for Toronto. I strongly object to the development without a proper assessment and PROPER INFRASTRUCTURE.
