We strongly object to this development of approximately 1500 units consisting of 4 towers. The area is extremely congested and it cannot take any more traffic. Has studies been done to warrant and support this change, noise attenuation, soil contamination study (gas station) , fire safety study, police safety report, school study, electrical, water, sewer study capacity air pollution study.
While we support high rise density along the vaughan corporate centre , this location does not warrant
Approval.
We have lived in Weston downs since 1985 and seen many changes beneficial to our community, but this proposed development is definitely not beneficial. I do not know how this came about mzo zoning
Without the immediate area being consulted or advised.
We strongly suggest the application be denied as the Re zoning suggests emergency approval for
Schools, hospital, police station, fire station.
