This is utterly unacceptable…

This is utterly unacceptable. First of all not know about this until 2 days ago. We live here, we pay taxes here we spend our money here and NO ONE told us about this and the deadline is in a few days!!
Who is responsible for letting this get so far without notice to people living in the area.

The traffic is already horrific. I live at Weston/Rutherford and work at Jane/Langstaff what should take me 7 minutes takes me 20-25 minutes to work and back from work

I would have to move OUT of the area taking all 55 employees who cannot get to work anymore. We pay in the hundred's of thousands of dollars in taxes. And will have to move out of this area if this happens

The hospitals are already at capacity. Emergency rooms are on overload with patients waiting in hallways for days to get a room. How can you add 4 condos and keep the people safe. We are an aging population and need our hospitals. This cannot happen for the safety of the people living in this area.

Getting onto the 400 either North or South will be an absolute disaster. Langstaff is already backed up to Pine Valley to/from

Has anyone looked at water? We currently have to hold off on watering because shortage of water and you want to add 4 35 storey towers.

The property is sitting on a Gas Station. Who did studies to see the safety portion of building these towers here.
