This will cause massive issues in the area. The tallest building in a kilometre radius is 8 stories. It should be limited to 8 stories as all other business and residences are. The roads around this are also dangerously congested currently and transit system in this area is not at all equipped to handle the kind of traffic a single 32 story condo building would bring let alone multiple. Please consider at least postponing until infrastructure in the area is upgraded or put a story maximum of 8.
