How is it possible that our elected officials are going to extreme measures to approve development in an area that does not have the infrastructure to support it?
Is this not a gross dereliction of duty?
Although there are many reasons to reject this proposal, the one I will mention is the horrific Traffic problems in Vaughan.
This nothing new and the City has even ordered a few Traffic Studies over the years. However, I have to question the validity and/or integrity of these Studies. During the question/answer period while attending meetings for one of those studies, I walked away with the distinct impression that the City placed restrictions, limitations, guidelines, and/or parameters on the study that seemed to control or drive the report down a pre-determined path.
