Pure Flavor Farms GP Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Pure Flavor Farms LP - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for an amendment to the Environmental Compliance Approval No. 2763-CD33SX for the addition of stormwater management works serving the Pure Flavor Farms Phase 4 Greenhouse Expansion and new bunkhouse works for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from the lands located at 966 Highway 77 North, in the Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex, Ontario.

The proposed stormwater management works include:

• roof water drainage pipe systems,
• swales and on-site storm sewers,
• two stormwater detention ponds,
• one stormwater management storage system,
• two oil/grit separator units, discharging final effluent into the lundy drain
