Proposition initiale
Détails de la proposition
The purpose of application 60-C-249776 is to sever the existing shoreline allowance after an inadvertent merger, on the property described as PIN 42150-3047; Parts 4 & 5 on 23R-11859, on the Lake of the Woods in the District of Kenora and add to their respective upland properties, Lots 6 & 7, 23M-797 (PINS 42150-1729 and 42150-1730).
This application would sever approximately 0.08 hectares of shoreline allowance to be consolidated with the adjacent Lot 6 to the south. The retained lot would be approximately 0.08 hectares and is proposed to be consolidated with the adjacent Lot 7 to the south. There are existing docks located in front of Lot 6 and 7. There is no servicing, as these lots are shoreline reserves only. Lots 6 & 7 are used for resource based recreational use.
