North York Sand and Gravel Limited is proposing amendments to the progressive and final rehabilitation details shown on the approved site plan.
In general, it is proposed to recognize the existing conditions of the site (ie. grading and 3:1 side slopes) in the east portions of the licensed site. If this proposal is approved, the aggregate licence will be surrendered and the site will be regulated as a fill operation pursuant to a site alteration permit issued by the Township of Whitchurch-Stouffville.

The proposal request for this licence is being circulated within the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Notification of this application has been forwarded to the Township of Whitchurch-Stouffville and the Regional Municipality of York.
