Effets de la consultation

No comment was received in response to the ERO notice.

Neighbor notification

  • In response to the Neighbor Notification, a response was received via email on September 11, 2022, from a nearby property, which is used for commercial operations. Though no specific technical concern was raised, the business owner requested that they be provided proper opportunity (retaining a consultant) to evaluate and comment on the proposal.
  • A soft copy of the Design and Operations report was provided to the business owner on September 15, 2022, via email with a request to provide their input by October 15, 2022. No comments received thus far. Since the expansion does not involve approval of additional capacity and the building expansion will improve site operations as processing will take inside the building. We do not anticipate any negative impact on the environment associated with the proposed site expansion.
