Effets de la consultation

No EBR comments were received. One neighbour notification letter was received which included objections to the amount of waste proposed for the site and the potential for vermin to become a nuisance at the site, especially given the proximity of a nearby cookie factory.

The ECA includes a condition requiring the company to take immediate remedial action in the event that nuisances, including vermin, cause an off-site impact.
