Rules as to how to legally stop a vehicle vessel individual etc.
Request identification
Provide for an arrest authority to secure identification
Inspect for compliance
Take lawful samples for evidence
Appropriately seize and detain items for evidence and forensic analysis
Search without a warrant based on r and pg there has been an offense comitted.
Authority to search places with a warrant secured by a court.
authority to evacuate areas involved in wildfires. Penalties for failing to leave
