Communities that are north of the far north boundary are being left behind in regards to this regulation.
The only regulation that applies to these communities is the HSP regulation.
What is the rationale for communities north of the far north boundary being left out of the tires, batteries and electronics programs?
These communities should have access to these programs. With the amount of natural resource extraction that takes place in the north, communities should have access to ALL waste diversion programs.
