It is outrageous that the government wants to limit and veto the installation of bike lanes. Bike lanes have been shown to REDUCE the amount of traffic on the road, to REDUCE travel times for vehicles, to INCREASE safety for cyclists and pedestrians, and to INCREASE the number of customers visiting local business.
This is an overreach of power and ultimately going to lead to more gridlock and most wasted time. We deserve better from our elected officials.
