There is absolutely no research that shows reducing bike lanes will be a positive improvement for traffic. Actually all research shows the opposite.
I am a car driver and transit user in Toronto and I want more people riding bikes, ans safely, since that is the only way to reduce the number of cars on the road.
We need more investment in infrastructure all together, bike lanes, side walks, light rail, inter provincial rail. This government is being ridiculous, wasting tax payers money for plans that defy logic and reason.
Please put money and time into projects that matter and will help people in Ontario.
