While Cap and Trade may not be the best way to tackle halting the ruin of the environment, it makes no sense to stop this tactic before coming up with a better plan. Our children and grandchildren deserve to inherit a livable planet. (let alone all the creatures that live here with us) Drop your obsession with trashing the good already done and get on with making things better!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK and quit acting like a jealous sibling. Once you start a new environmental plan, then it will make some sense to stop the plan that came before it.
