As a resident of Toronto who works in Toronto and relies solely on my bicycle to commute to work and get around the city, I would like to ask how many minutes of an average driver's time is my life and well-being worth?
I vehemently oppose the restriction of building new cycling infrastructure on the basis that it is provincial overreach to meddle in municipal policy and planning. I vehemently oppose the removal of existing bike lanes as poor use of tax dollars and another instance of provincial overreach.
