It’s very important for Toronto , to have land trees and bushes for absorption of the water, last September we had a mayor flooding in south Etobicoke and Burlington, it was no enough soil around the house to absorb th e amount of water, if we allow to build without parameters the infrastructure will not be able to sustain the flow and intake capacity for water and gas as hydro.
The minimum size should be protected. We can not let the builders the construction of “cup” houses .
As a human we require minimum space.
The building distance has to determine, if the lot is big enough to accommodate other structures.
The additional residential units isn’t going to solved the problem of shorting of houses, it’s going to put more money into the builders bank’s account.
The crime is going to increase, for lack of places to relax, play and enjoy.
The impact ecological will be enormous, trees are going to cut, more people will came sick for lack of oxygen.
Before pass this proposal, take a look at the effect a long time. Thanks.
