The Provincial government should not have jurisdiction over what Cities can do with their own municipally owned roads. Installing or removing bike lanes should be solely the decision of a city council who are elected by the residents of the city. Provincial taxes paid by someone in Thunder Bay should not be spent on reviewing/approving/removing bike lanes in Toronto and vice versa.
