I live downtown, and bike instead of driving as often as I can. It's the fastest way to get around. I only use roads with bike lanes because of how unsafe it is to share the road with cars. As a driver myself, I much prefer when bikes have their own lane instead of having to trail behind or squeeze by. We cannot remove the few bike lanes we have; we need to add more.
As someone who has always voted Conservative provincially (until perhaps now), I am shocked that tax dollars are being use over and over because a certain political family keeps ripping up the lanes Toronto pays for. What a waste of money.
