I have a concern with the proposal and how it pertains to Dogtooth Lake which has a portion within Rushing River Provincial Park and Eagle-Dogtooth Provincial Park. As both of these parks are within a separate classification, recreation class and waterway class, they have opposite allowances for live bait. How can one part of the lake allow live bait and the other part disallow it? This would also pertain to the Eagle Lake portion of the Eagle-Dogtooth Provincial Park. If the true mandate is to protect these waterway class from invasive species then regulations must be the same within the same body of water.
