The only way there won't be bad ramifications resulting from this is if it is built in a permanent fully enclosed building with constant monitoring. The people living within many miles of this facility will be severly negatively impacted in many ways and that needs to be considered firstly, then the environmental impact of runoff into the syndenham and ground water. We are not a 3rd world country here and the land and people shouldn't be treated as such for a few tax dollars. A facility should be considered elsewhere where it won't have such a negative impact.
