I see that this seems to be a permanent storage for NASM materials. I do not see an application for a waste storage ECA. An ECA would be required for a permanent facility.

I cannot see also in the air registration the odour requirements, for this area/facility. The odour will be an issue for the area/community. Are there odour requirements in the air ECA?

The stormwater application, does not propose any final testing that I can see before being released form the pond, there is no supporting documentation available on the application.

I think a public hearing needs to happen, the community is concerned about this installation. More real information needs to be provided. Seemingly the community is aware of a spill to storm that had high E coli. was this information made public, if so where can it be found?
