This site is subject to flooding - the current plan is not sufficient to safely protect the runoff from reaching the Sydenham. This proposed site is within 1km of a fish spawning location on the Sydenham. In the spring this area floods and the runoff will significantly impact this area.
A fully enclosed structure with a roof is the only way to ensure that this property will not be as poorly mis-managed as the property this company had in Warwick township. This is a huge liability and needs your serious consideration.
