This seems like an incredibly short sighted bill that will do nothing to improve gridlock or fight congestion and instead make biking in the province more dangerous.
I am also strongly against spending tax dollars to rip up already existing bike lane infrastructure which took time and money to put in place. The province should be using that money in better ways by listening to experts and city planners and investing it into better public transit options to reduce the number of cars on the roads.
