Where is the data that shows that these bike lanes are causing congestion?
Would you remove sidewalks to “improve congestion”? Bikers are just another type of commuter who need a dedicated lane for safety purposes.
Suppose that you do remove the bike lanes. Cyclists will still use the roads, and cars will be forced to slow down to match their speed. Will this improve congestion?
