It is clearly not appropriate for the provincial government to be managing city bike lanes on a street-by-street level. The addition or removal of bike lanes is carefully studied by the cities involved, who are far and away better qualified to evaluate the effects on traffic, commerce, safety and pollution.
Please stop this bill and let the cities decide for themselves how to manage traffic.
