If you want to fix traffic, reduce the number of cars on the road. That means don't make it harder to build bike infrastructure and alternatives to cars.
If you want to be the party of cutting red tape and opening Ontario for business, don't add bureaucracy to an already arduous process and understand that mobility is good for business. Cars shouldn't be the only option.
Bike lanes should be a municipal decision and be left to the municipality and City Council. If you want to govern the City, run for Mayor and get elected.
I'm really against this bill and its terrible, deceiving name.
