Removing bike lanes will not improve traffic. Our city is not built to handle the volume of cars we have and a few extra lanes will not change that. What Will improve traffic is reducing the number of cars on the road by improving infrastructure for alternative methods of transportation (eg. Subway, BIKES), which is the exact opposite of removing bike lanes. All this accomplishes is endangering commuters and wasting our tax money. Is there any question why our government wants people buying cars and gas? 🤭
