Please don't allow bike lanes to be removed from Toronto. They are good for active mobility, emissions-free trips, and make the city more pleasant to walk in. We need more of them, not less!
I know many drivers think, "No one's using the bike lanes". They are wrong, but also they should see that as an opportunity, not a problem - *they* could use the bike lanes and avoid gridlock.
They will bring up the elderly and the disabled as an excuse, saying driving is more accessible. They are wrong, and also no one's outlawing driving anyway.
