There would be much less gridlock if people travelled together. Almost all of the cars I see in rush hour contain one single person. I suggest charging drivers a fee to use downtown roads if they are not carrying passengers.
Toronto needs bike lanes to reduce the number of people in cars. Furthermore, this is not a provincial issue. I would like the provincial government to work on health care and housing, both of which are in need of attention.
