The cost for implementing these lanes has already been spent, important infrastructure that improves travel times and safety for both bikers and drivers by reducing the number of cars on the road. Spending all this extra money is a ridiculous waste of taxpayer resources and provincial overreach into municipal affairs - people who live hundreds of miles away from Toronto’s bikelanes shouldn’t have a say in how our city builds our infrastructure.
