I am writing as an Ontario resident to condemn in the strongest terms the proposal to close down the White Pines Wind Project. This is an insane waste of money, throwing away millions of taxpayer dollars already spent on a nearly complete project. Beyond which, it is insane to turn our backs on sustainable alternative energy -- wind and solar are the direction we should be going! It is time to get off our sick addiction to oil, gas and nuclear and the extraordinary toll they have taken, do take, and will continue to take on our climate and the planet we all have to live on. Do NOT close the White Pines Wind Project!!
