I am writing to tell you how much I oppose Bill 212. We need more bike lanes, not fewer. I bike to work every day, all year round (from Coxwell/Danforth to Dundas/Yonge). My teenaged daughter bikes to school. We use bike lanes the whole way, and without them neither of us would feel comfortable and both of us would be at risk. Making it easier and safer for people to bike around the city should be a top priority for our health and for the environment. Please do not pass Bill 212, it would be such a step backwards.
