I wish to say that closing the White Pines project at this time is not feasible. There are four windmills completed with the remainder of the bases completed waiting for installation of material to complete the project. The installation of below ground electrical cable is also more that 50% complete. I would think that completing this operation would be in the best interest of everyone involved. If a smaller amount of remuneration for the electricity produced could be offered I am sure all involved parties would consider accepting this. To leave the project the way it is now is a complete misuse of all provincial dollars.
