I use these bike lanes at least once a week, and this year will be biking until December it seems. I can’t drive and they are the safest way for me to travel. I’m embarrassed that the city and province are considering removing them, it’s a move that makes no sense to me. Gridlock existed on these streets before the bike lanes - and have increased with construction and density. It honestly feels short sighted, misguided and maybe even a little simple minded to think that removing these lanes would help.
