Removing the lanes would not help much at all for traffic but would greatly increase the risk of drivers hitting bikers.
The lanes have not even been there for more than a year, why are they already being removed?? It doesn't make sense to take them away immediately after finally setting them up. Plus, it'll take forever to actually get this project done, meaning more traffic for everyone and no safe road space for Toronto bikers.
Removing the lanes would not be helpful.
