The people of Ontario…

The people of Ontario deserve better. We do not need to put raw sewage directly into an area of use for many people. There is a perfectly good solution that may be more expensive and require extra work but without a doubt should be done. Protecting the area used by many must be a priority.
In taking away a public waterfront park and in turn polluting another public waterfront area shows complete disregard for the taxpayer. Polluting Lake Ontario also goes against international agreements to protect water quality and habitat in the Great Lakes.
Get the job done properly instead of making excuses and showing complete disrespect for the people of Ontario. Extend the sewage line well beyond the break wall and do it properly.
The slogan ‘getting it done’ is nothing if it isn’t done to protect the interests of the people of Ontario.
