Greenwin Corp. strongly supports Spotlight’s Request for a Minister’s Zoning Order to facilitate the development of an affordable housing and mixed-use building in the heart of Toronto’s Black Creek community. As a fellow developer and operator of market and affordable housing in Ontario - including this neighbourhood - we recognize the urgent need for large-scale, inclusive housing solutions in the face of our ongoing affordability crisis.

Spotlight’s proposed development represents a vital opportunity to deliver affordability at scale, creating much-needed homes for individuals and families in one of Canada’s most challenging rental markets.
