Why is this ask even being entertained? This developer is trying to circumvent the standard planning process at the City of Toronto. In what world are we living in where City approval and community consultation can be overlooked and disregarded????? Property taxes just went up again for City of Toronto residents and yet we are being overlooked when it comes to major developments that will severely impact our day to day lives! This is absolutely ridiculous. What kind of leadership is this? I am embarrassed to be a Torontonian.
