Good morning, first off we would like to clarify is the decision to be made by the residents of what once was North York or Toronto downtown?

When we speak of affordable housing who is this housing for? We can tell you that our children can not afford a home in this area. Our children have to move out in order to afford a decent home. So, again who are these homes being built for?

Will these homes be built with safety in mind and to last a lifetime or slapped together with no pride at all?

We think we should go back to applying for proper housing permits and these new homes should be inspected with safety and durance in mind.

For the record no we do not approve of affordable housing in our area unless these issues can be answered.
