The proposed location, near Lawrence Avenue West and Black Creek Drive, is a strategic site that can support high-density development and improve access to essential amenities and transit.
In addition, a lot of families live in old water-damaged buildings and sometimes even pest-infested homes and are looking for a new affordable apartment in the same area where they grew up. it's important to provide families living in these conditions homes they so urgently need, so that they don't stay in their moldy aprtments and continue to have their health affected.
