They were on the land first. Our land developments have already shrunk the spaces that animals and plants can be naturally. It SHOULD take a long time for permits for imposing on whats left of natural spaces to be considered and processed. What makes Ontario and Canada unique is that we maintain and respect the wild spaces we have. I am fully opposed to any bill or regulation that makes it easier to interupt nature. Endangered species need protecting, critical forest and wetland spaces should not be changed. There is still so much land that is not filled with endangered and critical species we can use.
