The consequences of a landfill in Dresden especially without an Environmental Assessment prior to it be implemented are numerous! Please do not allow this to go forward and contaminate the Sydenham River, the townspeople and the pride and joy of Dresden, our agriculture. The increased activity of hundreds of dump trucks going through the community would also cause a negative effect. This will ruin the health of the community as a whole. I am strongly against Dresden being a home of a landfill as is, but without an Environmental Assessment is just ludicrous and will have lasting damaging effects to the community.
