As an avid outdoor hunter, the idea you must only protect a "dwelling place" for many of the habitats that hold Canada's wildlife is absurd. There is wildlife that migrates, wildlife that has different breeding areas instead of dwelling areas. Should we dig up a pond in winter because we don't see any woodies dwelling there at the time?
There are many ways to build housing that do not involve stripping protection for the environment as this government seems to love to do.
Shame on you for making hunting and fishing opportunities worse for myself and my future generations.
