This appears to make it easier to tread on wilderness and habitats. Ecosystems are complex, experts should be consulted, and it shouldn't be left up to politicians to deem what is a habitat or what actions are fine and permitted. Conservation of our beautiful country shouldn't come at the cost of slapped together legislation to weaken protections in the name of innovation and expansion.
